This privacy notice has been prepared by Bergama Ambalaj Ve Polimer Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi (“TEKNOPAK”), acting as the data controller, within the scope of Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“the Law”) and the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform, to inform customers during the quotation process.

Personal Data of Customers;
Includes name, surname, email address, mobile/telephone number, quotation data, and website interaction data.

Method of Personal Data Collection;
Obtained through electronic media via the website.

Purpose of Personal Data Collection;
Execution of information security processes, management of goods/services sales processes, and execution of marketing processes for products/services.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data;
Processing is necessary for the establishment or performance of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the parties of the contract. (Article 5/2-c of the Law)

Personal data is not transferred to any third parties.

Right of Application and Methods
Requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the "rights of the data subject," can be submitted in accordance with Article 5 of the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. You may submit your requests via a signed petition or the “Data Subject Application Form” available at www.bergamaplastik.com: by applying in person to TEKNOPAK’s address, through a notary public, via registered email (KEP), or through your email address registered in our system. For email addresses not registered in our system, the form must be sent with a mobile signature/e-signature.
Your requests will be finalized free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
In cases where your application to our company is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within thirty days from the date you learn the response and, in any case, within sixty days from the date of application. Additionally, your right to seek direct judicial remedies remains reserved.
